flour

black pepper

garlic powder
3
tbsp
unsalted butter
2
tbsp
capers
drained
¼
cup
white wine
2
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
Lemon zest
for serving
Fresh parsley
for serving
Instructions
Pound pork chops to ½ inch thickness with a meat mallet.
Combine flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Dredge pork in flour.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork 5 minutes per side, until browned. Remove from pan.
Add capers, white wine, and lemon juice to the pan, gently deglazing the pan. Bring to a simmer.
Once the sauce begins to thicken, add pork back to the pan. Spoon sauce over chicken, top with lemon zest and parsley and serve.
