These Roast Beef Sliders are bursting with flavor from layers of roast beef, melty provolone cheese, tangy horseradish mayo, and a seasoned butter topping all on soft Hawaiian sweet rolls.
Grease a 9x13 in pan with cooking spray. Line with foil or parchment paper.
Keeping the rolls in tact, slice the rolls horizontally, so the tops and bottoms of the rolls are separated in two large pieces.
Combine mayonnaise and prepared horseradish. Place the bottom piece of the rolls in the pan and spread with mayo mixture.
Top with 6 slices of provolone cheese, roast beef, then remaining 6 slices of provolone cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.
Meanwhile, combine melted butter, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and poppyseeds in a small bowl.
Remove pan from oven and add the top rolls. Pour butter mixture evenly over rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until golden brown, then serve.
