This easy Roasted Italian Cauliflower recipe is so good! With only a few steps, this veggie side dish comes together quickly and is delicious with any meal.
Combine cauliflower, tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss and transfer cauliflower to a lined baking sheet.
Roast for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown. Toss cauliflower halfway through roasting.
Serve with lemon zest and fresh basil.
