Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Dice sweet potatoes and slice carrots. Place in a large mixing bowl.
Mix diced vegetables, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Transfer to a lined baking sheet.
Roast for 35 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
