Place salmon fillet on a large baking sheet and cover with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Broil for 10 minutes or until desired wellness.
While salmon is broiling, combine zucchini slices with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 3 minutes on each side.
When salmon is done, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame seeds. Pour on salmon and serve over zucchini, then top with cilantro and basil.
