diced Italian parsley

breadcrumbs

chicken breasts
pounded thin

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Combine garlic, diced Italian parsley, grated parmesan cheese, salt, cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
Lay chicken breasts flat. Slice chicken widthwise in 1” strips and place them on a skewer. Dip the chicken in bread crumb mixture and set aside.
Heat a large, oven safe pan over medium heat. Add olive oil until shimmering. Add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until internal temperature of the 165F.
Top with oregano and lemon wedges and serve.
