This pasta is packed with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, kale, and has a delicious creamy sauce. It's amazing for a quick weeknight meal, a hit with entertaining, or even a delicious option for meal prep.

I love that this recipe comes together in about 30 minutes. It's a breeze and is great as a main dish or a side dish!

• Olive Oil - Regular olive oil
• Garlic Powder
• Onion Powder
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• Pasta - You can use kind of pasta shape for this recipe! Penne pasta, spaghetti, or fusilli are all great choices.
• White Onion - Diced
• Sundried Tomatoes
• Garlic - Minced
• Kale - You can also use fresh spinach
• Chicken Broth - You can also use chicken stock
• Heavy Cream - You can also use half and half
• Parmesan cheese

How to Make Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Let's make this creamy pasta recipe together!

Step 1

Pat chicken dry. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Season chicken on both sides. 

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

Step 3

Cook pasta in salted, boiling water until al dente according to package directions. Reserve one cup pasta water.

Step 4

Add white onion to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes, until translucent. Add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and kale. Sauté for 3 minutes, until fragrant. Add chicken broth. 

Step 5

Slice chicken in strips. Add sliced chicken, pasta water, and heavy cream to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Add pasta and parmesan cheese and stir well. Top with additional parmesan cheese and serve.
