Step 1: Microwave the cauliflower according to package directions. Drain excess water. 

Step 2: Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor and pulse.

Step 3: Add the butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until combined. Serve and enjoy!
